Chef Lauren is knowledgable, articulate, and just plain fun to listen to/work with. She knows her subjects and knows how to convey her knowledge. Because of everything she conveyed during our class I have produced, finally, a perfect pizza for my mother-in-law. She and I, are very happy that we can now make our own pizzas. Chef Lauren did an exceptional job at guiding us through the macaron process and making an intimidating recipe seem easy. She gave relatable lay term examples, she gave a rundown of 'what could happen' scenarios to assist with troubleshooting the recipe when we try at home, she was energetic, enthusiastic and attentive.
